Edition No. 5 | 02 December 2013

Welcome to our monthly newsletter

Can you believe how close Christmas is? With such a busy year behind us, we are certainly looking forward to the holiday break. The markets have been continuing on their 'bull' run and this looks set to continue into the new year. All eye's will be on the US Federal Reserve and whether or not they cut back on the money printing program they have undertaken over the last 5 years.

We are pleased to see some pockets in our property market have started to improve over recent times and it is starting to look like there may be another interest rate drop early in the new year. Always a good thing to help with the high costs of our water and power these days.

Our office hours over the Christmas will be as follows:- closed from 21/12/2013 to re open 06/01/2014 - thereafter, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm.

From everyone in the office we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
